Born in the mid-west, Kathy has lived in the Las Virgenes/Conejo Valleys since she was seven and is a graduate of Agoura High School. Kathy has been in the mortgage industry for more than 15 years. She has experience as a processor, underwriter and loan officer for both mortgage brokers and direct lenders and is widely recognized as one of the best loan processors in the industry. She has known Chris for 11 years (it has taken a while for him to land her as a processor).

Kathy has been married for 19 years and has a seven year-old son who is very involved with Karate. She has one cat and two Barkless Basenjis that yodel. Her hobbies include camping, water skiing, and gardening. She has a huge vegetable garden with carrots, onions, cucumbers, eggplants, radishes, green beans and more. We look forward to her help in growing our business and we are privileged to have her on our team!
